This is the registration form to become an affiliate of Microtronix and sell our services for us. Please read the Affiliate Information Page before registering and please read the Affiliate Contracted Agreement. By submitting this form and checking the accept box below, you consent to having read and agreed to all terms and conditions specified in the Affiliate Contracted Agreement, the Affiliate Information Page and this page. To register you must enter your full name, email address, complete mailing address (must be a street address), your age and your current occupation. This is all required information that will be verified before we accept you as an affiliate. You also must posses a verified paypal account to be eligible for an affiliate number. If any of the submitted information is incorrect or not completed we reserve the right not to accept you as an affiliate and to discard your submitted information.
For your security none of your information will be shared with any company outside of our own and will not be used for any purpose outside of our own information. We do however reserve the right to use any collected information on you in any legal action or form if required in the future.
